ATTENTION THE LEADERSHIP OF THE NIGERIAN ARMY:

By Daleehat Sulaiman Bante 5/11/2017
This is elder Joel Takuma who was mercilessly beaten and manhandled by some irate men of the Nigerian Army in Kurmi Local Govt Area of Taraba State . This incident happened three days ago under the order of a Youth Leader one Mr Mailamba who allegedly paid the Military personnel's some money to beat the Old Man who he accused of inciting some youths in the Area against him . They brought this Old man in the front of the Police Station Kurmi division strip him off his clothes and living him with this short inner wear you are seeing in the pics beat him mercilessly before the very eyes of the general public.
#Note:
My concern here is that, let even assumed & believed the lies that the Man incited some youths against the Youth Leader, should this not suppose to be the work of the Nigerian Police? What brought the Military into an issue that has to do with Civil matters? So our military is now porous and loose, so porous that any dick & Harry can pay them peanut to go manhandled citizens including a Senior citizen like this who is above 70yrs on matters that they know nothing about??
What sort of training and discipline this crop of military guys are receiving this days??
This matter must not be swept under the Carpet we must raise our voices in order to attract the Authorities concern because as we speak the elderly Man is on admission in the Hospital cuz he has bp & only God knows his present condition..
The Taraba State Govt and the Army hierarchy in the State should look into this issue and call the head of the Army in Kurmi local govt to order as well as curtailing the excesses of those officers my people has been living in fear since their arrival in that town and this doesn't suppose to happen under a democratic government we are not under Military dictatorship pls.
If you have Col SK Usman on your friends list pls tag him here. And comrades should kindly help me share this Post as much as they could. Many thanks !!!

November 5, 2017 Agency Report Snake used to illustrate the story. Two hundred and fifty victims of snake bite have died in the last three weeks in Plateau and Gombe states, following an acute scarcity of snake anti-venom drugs in the country. The figure represents the number of confirmed deaths from three snake treatment centres – General Hospital, Kaltungo, Ali Mega Pharmacy, Gombe and Comprehensive Medical Centre, Zamko, Plateau State. A correspondent of the News Agency of Nigeria who visited the three medical outfits, met other victims in critical situations, with some of them left on bare floors as the doctors said they were helpless without the anti-venom. Inside Lamidi Adedibu’s deserted Ibadan ‘palace’, crumbling political dynasty

February 10, 2018 Adedibu's 'palace' (Photo taken by Oladeinde Olawoyin) A one-storey mosque stood adjacent the main building that was Lamidi Adedibu’s main building. There, he held sway as an oracle and dished out orders that were considered laws at a time in Ibadan and other parts of Oyo State. Time was 3:45 p.m. and this reporter just swaggered into the ‘Molete Palace’ of the late Ibadan politician and stalwart of the then ruling Peoples’ Democratic Party. The afternoon sun baked the skin with fiendish delight. At the entrance of the commodious ‘palace’, about five weird-looking middle-aged men sat on a bench, leaving the gate ajar. A banner displaying Mr. Adedibu’s image occupies a part of the gate, swinging slowly to the rhythm of the afternoon wind. Easily noticeable was a narrow, tarred, deserted road that connects the entire ‘palace’ with the major road linking Molete and Oke-Ado. ...
